I enjoy running but can't often get outside to train, and I found and some really good treadmill options at Fitness Direct. I brought my running shoes down to the store and the sales staff patiently let me test them all out until I found one that was comfortable and smooth and fit my needs. Mike and Austin that delivered my new treadmill to my house were really nice and very professional, and they made sure everything worked properly and that I was comfortable before they departed. My brother and I visited Fitness Direct because he had heard that they were very nice and had a wide selection of good quality exercise bikes. Well, it was even better than we hoped! Steph is a very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson and she really took a lot of time to guide us through all the different models and options so that we could find what we really wanted. Although they did have a little better of a price in the beginning,l they did nothing to fix our unit the first time witch cost us more and more money each time they came with the wrong parts. Also they did not have the parts they said they did to fix our unit... We ended up finding someone else local threw the manufacture, a few dollars more. They were able to be there fast and the job was complete the first time out. Sorry folks honesty goes a lonngggg way.

I went to fitness direct because I heard they had a large selection. I wasn't let down. I was in the market for a spin bike and they had 7+ different makes/models for me to tryout. I picked up a great bike at a great price. highly recommended

Exceptional selection of equipment and accessories, and very knowledgeable and helpful fitness consultants, made the experience very pleasant and easy - and the competitive prices definitely helped ! My husband and I shopped everywhere for a treadmill, and Fitness Direct provided better pricing and service than anywhere else. These people are great !
