Terrible customer service with Fitness Depot during COVID and clearly I am not the only one. Placed an order online on March 20. Inquired multiple times via phone and e-mail over the next week to inquire about updates with my order. Then got an email from corporate saying they experienced a privacy breach that could have exposed my credit card information. Turns out someone stole my credit card number. Just a word of caution - Website does not actually show in stock inventory, just all products that they carry. Waited in line for 40 mins to get in only to find that they had no dumbbells heavier than 9lbs despite all sizes showing online.
