First time doing a spin class.... If the music is good it's a great for competitive people.
How is the equipment? Thinking about joining but want to make sure sophisticate work.
Can't wipe down the equipment upstairs because the paper towel dispensers are either broken or not stocked.
Big gym. Lots of options for every type of workout. It think it's worth it.
Dane is the best personal trainer hands down. If you need one request him!
Lots of amenities for members. Has a great sauna, only downfall is tanning & ellipticals are not up to par.
Body pump on Monday @ 7:15 with Rob is well worth the trip.
