Came to this location expressing interest in getting a membership, but wanted to experience the gym before making a decision. After waiting for 10 minutes for a representative to come to the desk & validate our 5 day pass & the representative stated we had to purchase a day pass in order to try the gym. We’ve left & gone to the other location & were successfully able to access our 5-day pass. Would definitely recommend for this location to do training with their staff on membership & policies.
Baaaack to one star. Corporate keeps playing the change employee and manager game without actually improving the gym. Stuff broken for a long time. Going on day 3 with no paper towels to wipe equipment down. It's disgusting
