Good works nice people clean place
I had a training session with Christopher Guel today and it’s extremely refreshing to meet a trainer who isn’t judgmental AT ALL and who is well versed in kinesiology and everything fitness. He made my session feel so natural, and as a 300+lb 5’3 woman who hasn’t worked out in a long time, I was extremely surprised at how comfortable he made me feel.
