No zero star, that's why I am giving 1 star. This review is about Bissonet Houston. The manager at Bissonet location is very unprofessional. I think gym management recruited a college out guy as a manager, he doesn't have any experience in customer management. Management is very rude, they will try to come up with lots of reasons instead of giving help to customers. First they should recruit the right persons at front desk/manager position. I was going over my bills and noticed a charge from them. Apparently they were able to weasel there way through a loophole. I originally signed my son up because that was what he asked for , a membership to a gym. Believe me, that in itself was an ordeal. Like two sharks circling us. Trying all the pressure tactics to have him sign with a personal trainer for only about 300 something a month. The statement came out of one guys mouth. Horrible customer service. No one is ever able to take care of incorrect charges. One rep started a membership without having my signature or payment information on a contract. This was two years ago and after talking to several managers at different locations, corporate, and collection I have still not been able to get it resolved and taken out of collections.
This company charged a large sign up fee for the $9.95 membership & I also signed up for the FitExtreme for an additional $39.95 per month. The facilities were clean & the faculty was knowledgable and friendly. However when my debit card was compromised I called to let their customer service know & I was assured everything was fine to just call back & update my information. Wwwwooowwwwww. I can hardly believe these reviews. My decision has been swayed. No one likes People messing with their money/income, nor be treated with disrespect for whatever reason . Don't go there the staff that is those who are to sign you up are uneducatied, and unprofessional they may be working in the Woodlands but their behavior leaves no doubt that they are from the hood. The one guy was outright aggressive about forcing my wife to sign up and she hates pressure sales and the idiot blew it because now I had to quit because I vouched for this place if you don't believe me go see for yourself
