Great facility. Super clean and safe. Jason did a great job showing me around and making me feel comfortable and excited to get started.
Very deceptive practices, I pay and do everything required only to have some elevate employee Marcus shun me for being late to an appointment that they said was “mandatory” to be able to workout at the gym, then I told them screw it I’ll cancel the whole thing to be told it’s a different company. And it’s not required waisted 40 min on nonsense. First time in the gym and I already hate it. Take accountability for the snakes you put in your gym Fitness Connection.
