Great front desk staff and wonderful daycare staff. Got a trainer and he has helped me a lot. Good gym to work out at. Love getting back healthy and in shape.

I did enjoy exercising there. But once I canceled the PT contract. I was later charge a month after the cancelation fees were paid. I no longer workout there.
They put most INCAPABLE manager in charge of the most INCOMPETENT staff to make this Fitness Connection a great (sarcasm) one! Run as far away from this as possible... everyone is completely USELESS
