Fitness Connection Bedford is truly one of the best locations when it comes to equipment, lighting, cleanliness, and customer service. I want to give a special thanks to Mazin, who usually works out in the evenings — he’s always so helpful, knowledgeable about supplements, kind, and willing to answer questions. Honestly, the entire Bedford Fitness Connection team is awesome. Thank you for everything — you all make every workout a great experience!
really like this gym as the staff is accommodating and welcoming. I especially like how there is a separate women only section so I feel more relaxed doing my workouts as a muslim
