Beyond disrespectful staff! I am getting charged for a membership that I’ve tried canceling with them. The manager of that gym wasn’t any help and very unprofessional and rude on the phone when I spoke to him. He hung up the phone and told me speak with customer service instead. The fitness connection in BEDFORD Tx is very unprofessional
