Month to month is a problem with the kid club membership I don't know who update the information about it but is dreadful
This is the worst run business I have ever encountered. I called regarding my account getting charged money and I needed to know why and where it came from. I was told that no one was in that could handle it but they would call someone and give me a call back in 15 minutes. I did not hear from them until the next day. Then Brad, the gym manager who refused to give me his last name, and Molique, the fitness manager, had no sympathy for charging me $150+ for personal training I never received or wanted. Car got broken into and they don't care. Officer said break'ins happen often. Even though there is a security guard and a parking lot attendant somehow no one saw my window getting smashed in. I had dark tinted windows and you could tell it took a few swings the way the glass was laying. Customer service totally sucks, it took 3 months after several daily attempts for a customer service rep to call me back. This company has no regard for members or even simply "doing the right thing."

I've been a loyal member for 4 years now and as the years go by, the gym gets more and more stingy and rude. I had a buddy of mine drive an hour to come train with me in the morning and the girl at the front desk wouldn't let him come as a guest with me because there was no one there to talk to him. Such bs. We even asked to just buy a day pass and she still didn't let him come workout. The Employees at the RTP location are very rude and disrespectful. We will be leaving the gym. After telling my husband and I that we have no membership and telling us to bring in bank statements they denied us access to the gym that we frequently come to and pay for monthly for 5 years. Beware of the ignorant employees at the desk who don't even know how to spell Michael......Seriously...guys get some educated employees who know how to use your computer systems.
Their cancellation policy is ridiculous. In the contract, it says that you must send a letter to cancel. No where does it state that it HAS to be certified. I assumed they received my letter because I never heard from them again. Several months later I received a letter from a collections agency that I owed them $43.26. This shocked me not only because it was months later, but also because they were willing to attempt to ruin a young adult's credit for a measly $43.26. Within 2 to 3 months of joining Annual Fee kicks in. Cancellation - you need to write a letter (certified mail) else they will deny it to Houston address - which you find out later and keep loosing money. Plus they need 30 day notice, so you end up paying more than other centers. BEWARE.
This was my first time stepping foot in a Fitness Connection ever. My brother lives in Allen and told me he joined a gym i should look into. So I went with him to the gym as a guest. I wasn't even there 3 minutes before being hassled by the general manager Mike Underwood about joining and required my drivers license. He also informed me that he wasn't going to give me a tour of the gym because he's "cool". Mike Underwood then seated me at a table and had me fill out paperwork again, pertaining to signing up.
