This place has terrible communication with its members. They close the gymnasium without notice despite the fact that they have an app that they use to send notifications as well as an email newsletter. But rest assured, if you're into power yoga or something else obscure they'll be sure to let you know when the next classes are scheduled. Since I've joined the Fitness Center of Thibodaux Regional, I have personally worked out with the fittest of the fit as well as those who are just starting their fitness journey and have been inspired by both. The Fitness Center is a place for all shapes, sizes, and athletic abilities to come together to become healthier and happier surrounded by awesome staff and instructors. So grateful for this top notch facility and all who make it that way.
