The friendly and helpful staff are there for you help,state of the art equipment.The cleanliness is supurb as and the snack shop is there if you need some extra fuel for your workout! A+
My running group and a cycling group meet every Sat morning in the parking lot and have to ask if you spray for mosquitos? I know its been raining a bunch but you have the most mosquitos in Thibodaux. Not only are there a ton but I think they take advantage of the Fitness Center because they are the biggest, fastest and most juiced up I have ever seen! Im sure you spray but I think its time to spray again 🤘🏻❤️
Love this place, everything is clean & in order & they have wonderful service! Definitely recommend them as a great place to workout!
Plenty of classes to chose from. Tai Chi is one of the ones I like.
