Wow! I've been a member at the fitness center for several years. I have NEVER had a more unprofessional, rude encounter as I did just now. The owner refuses to call me to discuss the flaws in their billing system. He instead, decided to FB message me telling me I was not welcome back! This is after I've been a faithful member for approximately 9 years. That's thousands of $$$$ in membership fees that I've spent. This all triggered because I was overcharged and double billed.
