Just had a tech visit from Califitness. We have an extended warranty that they did not honor, parts are supposed to be covered, but they just told me it's going to cost $500. We worked it out with Precor and they said it was covered under warranty. The worst part is when I told the tech it's covered and I shouldn't have to pay he just said to deal with the manufacturer, he literally charged me just to come out and not help me at all! I will file a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau.
CF services have been used three times, and each time, the technicians have worked quickly with no issues afterward. They are efficient, professionally friendly, and cleaned up when done. Heather was very helpful in finding just what was needed after my own confusing internet search. The item she ordered arrived quickly and was set up the same day.
Way over priced, take months to come out to service equipment and do a horrible job!
I ordered parts for my Treadmills at my Fitness center since October 2023. It's Jan 25th 2024 now and still nothing. I paid 3k in repairs and order and still nothing. No emails nor follow ups from the company until I call and ask. They blame it on back order but other companies say they can fix it within a week. They would not return my money.
