The tech was great and professional fixing my treadmill and Heather provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company for service repairs.
Very disappointed with this company. Their technician tried but did not fix the problem. They have not returned my calls/emails asking for a new tech. I've spent over $300 and my elliptical runs worse than before. Bad service, inexperienced technician. UPDATE- It took you 4 years, but I appreciate your comment! distinctly remember working with a tech named Alex and he did a good job the 2nd time around.
