FBC helped introduced me to the world of CrossFit. I was very intimidated by the concept and hesitant to give it a shot. However, the coaches and other members are all awesome. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and encouraging. I can’t imagine a better atmosphere for beginners or seasoned CrossFitters. I definitely recommend it!
FBCF is the best Crossfit family you’ll ever find. You’ll almost certainly be greeted by the most adorable dogs upon arrival, followed by the most supportive coaches and members. One thing I’ve really appreciated is the coaches’ attentiveness to pre-existing injuries. If you need a modification, they’ll work with you to get you the best workout possible. Seriously love it here!
I started at FBCF immediately after moving to Atlanta 1.5 years ago - best decision I could have made. I felt instantly welcomed by everyone there and was thoroughly challenged by the workouts (they are, in my opinion, much better than the programming I have seen at any other CF gym that I have attended). Dogs are always welcome and I love coming in to wagging tails and smiling faces. Open gym is often, and they offer yoga multiple times a month. Highly recommend.
