good for some, not for me I need to alleviate some of the stress in my life and thought working out would be a good way to go. I looked at the Fitness Battalion's Cross Fit to see if it would be a good fit for me. It winds up being a 30 minute circuit, but you have to got to a series of classes to teach you the basics before being allowed to do the group circuit classes. It just sounded way to complicated to me. The salesperson I spoke to was very enthusiastic, but something this regimented just isn't for me.
