My kids LOVED the boxing fitness class with Carly this morning! If I wasn’t recovering from a gym injury I would have taken her class! They had so much fun ~definitely recommend Carly’s class and this fitness center! It was clean, awesome friendly staff-this place is great!
This my favorite type of gym The gym owner is just amazing he really treats you with respect and love it here I wish a gym buddy
Very nice gym. I go after work at night, usually around 11 PM. This gym is well equipped and very clean. I recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a nice place to workout.
Open 24hs and with all the equipment for any kind of training, from wheightlifting to cross training
Mj is awesome with the kids in his kickboxing class. He works them hard but is extremely encouraging. My son really loves going every week.
