This review is for Vo. I have always found him pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. He is almost always at the front desk and if he is not, he arrives quickly. He answers all my questions and has fixed a bicycle for me when the slider was stuck. He keeps Fitness 19 as clean as he can. Other front desk people are not always so prompt to do that. He knows the clients at Fitness 19 and is always ready with a smile and a pleasant hello. I look forward to seeing him whenever I arrive at Fitness 19 in Caste Village
