I want to share a frustrating experience with one of the trainers at this location. My friend was singled out and approached about not having a membership, while other walk-in guests around them were not addressed at all. Whether or not the policy was being enforced correctly, the inconsistent and selective way it was applied felt unfair and unwelcoming.
