I had a very bad experience with Kevin a trainer at Fitness19. He was very discouraging and was upset when I didn't work out the way he wanted me to. He told me I was being counterproductive and would not see results and that really out me down. I complained to the manager about Kevin and he had Kevin call me. I could not believe how disrespectful it was to have the employee I complained about call me and leave a message. I immediately called the manager and told him how much more upsst I was. Love it here great customer service and they also work with you on payment for a personal trainer they definitely get you on the right track.
I am so thankful for the staff at this facility. Lorenzo, the fitness manager is a thoughtful and knowledgeable human who makes it easy to feel comfortable in a place where I’m normally not. I was assigned Des as a trainer and couldn’t be more grateful, she is a blessing to my well being in that she takes the time to make sure I am safe and confident while improving my health. The whole team is always kind and welcoming, and it really encourages me to keep coming. Thank you to the team!
