Great staff. Love the atmosphere. Good variety of equipment to get what you need done. You can come in no matter what time. Fitness 1440 is the gym you want to go to in Englewood.
Good clean gym. Love that it's open 27/7. Has everything I need.
It would be a lot better if people cleaned off the benches and machines after they were finished using them. I sanitize before and after I use them; sweaty benches/machines can cause Staph infections. Then again, I'm not a 20-something that hasn't had to do their own laundry.
Theshoulder slash ab machine wont protect y but thats old news i value my rotator cuff
