This is a true gym in every sense of the word "gym." Lots of equipment, great people, and legends go to this gym as well! I like how the members are friendly, but at the same time very serious about working out. They are not there to waste time and that's what I was getting very tired of at the other gyms. The owner is very friendly and awesome as well. Thank you Fitness 1! I'm so happy and proud to be part of your fitness family.
Their gym facility is clean, very high tech, nice equipment, the space is inviting and the atmosphere is uplifting and all the workers and members were very informative and supportive.
