I have a membership at a corporate gym in the Phoenix area, which I do love. However, it lacks some equipment I prefer and gets too busy. I was recommended by a friend to try Fitness 1 due to the quality of equipment as well as the old school atmosphere. The communication with Chad prior to visiting was great. He welcomed me when I came in and showed me around the gym, explaining how it was laid out and where I can find certain pieces of equipment. Absolutely heaven being able to sign up at this gym .ive trained in some pretty solid ones on the east coast id say this takes the cake . So much equipment all the good stuff anything you could ask for it is there an theres multiple pieces of each machine or barbell set up . I love how the power room doesn't have mirrors as well , and for people who like them theres a whole bigger section of the gym for them . My favorite place to Workout. Clean, Friendly, Personal Trainers, Variety of Classes and Kiddie play area. The new Location at 43rd/Bell Rd. is Ah-mazing. Power Lifting Room, too! Huge variety of Machines. First Class!
