This is the worst gym ever if I can give this a -10 rating, I will. I had to email them 10 times for them to cancel my membership. They needed all the proof in the whole universe to cancel this membership. They never want to acknowledge urgency then they hit me with a two months fee and $100 cancellation fee so stay away from this gym Specially stay away from that Manager named Selena. Excellent gym! I love everything about it: free parking, very clean, great staff, friendly. Been a member for years. Great place for me to come and get away from it all! Definitely the best gym in Queens! Thank you to Selena the Manager, for her help!
Expected this place to be my sanctuary but turns out to be a nightmare. Took nearly 4 months for me to cancel my membership because the management doesn’t either want to help me or just wants to keep charging me. Like I haven’t even been there since I’ve moved 4 months ago & on top of that wanting a $100 cancellation fee. This gym is a scam - it doesn’t have any benefits apart from it having a parking lot. The staff is very dismissible - especially Selena. They were never helpful.
I've been going here daily for a year. Overall, I'd recommend it to others. It's modern, very frequently cleaned, and decorated for the holidays. You do still have to deal with the typical January rush and HS kids visiting for summer - those fads usually end quick after a month. My primary issues are - The equipment, weights, and dumbells are all over the place.
