nice gym but horrible to get in contact with. Canceled membership in April and still got charged for May but needed to turn in my fob. The guy at the front didn’t even recall if the fob was turned in or not. Never got my deposit back on it and never got a receipt that was promised would be emailed when I cancelled. Nobody is rarely there to even speak to about these concerns.
I liked the gym but when it came time to leave I left 3 voice mails and 2 emails with no response. In the mean time it went into another month so they charged me for that month, that is not right. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I was a member for 4 years.
