My wife and I have been getting Fitlife meals for over a year. The food is healthy and tasty, ant it only takes 2 minutes to heat up in a microwave. These meals are 1000% better than any typical quick microwave meals. Plus, it is a great way to keep an eye on calories and protein intake. The people there are friendly and helpful and there is hardly ever a wait.

Fitlife Foods Sarasota is hands down one of the best locations I’ve visited! From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. Erin is incredible!! She brings such a positive, welcoming energy and clearly cares about her customers and what they’re purchasing to help reach their goals. The meals are always fresh, the store is spotless, and the team goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need. I’ll definitely be back!!
My experience here is amazing every time. Some of my favorite meals are the penne alla vodka and BBQ beef with mac and cheese. Fitlife has helped me stay on track with my diet and Erin has been great help each time I come in!
