I had the best time with my nutritionist and wellness coach Lauren! She helped lose 15 pounds, and she helped in every step of the way, she is the best. And the food is so good! And the atmosphere was amazing everyone is so kind, definitely recommend if u want to lose weight and have fun doing it.
