Fitlane offers a unique training program. I love the variety of Personal Trainers and the mix of different exercises that work the entire body.... I never get bored with the workout. The 30min sessions are great with different time slots available to suit my schedule. I have noticed that I am stronger especially in my core strength. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their fitness 😁💪
