Training with Beka has been a really wonderful experience and I highly recommend her. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and always eager to learn more, and listens with empathy and understanding. I really love her gym space, too. I always look forward to working out with her. She’s the best!
So happy I found this gym and Rebecca! She is simply the best. You get so much with this program.Rebecca always responds to questions and really has a passion to help people. I have been going since September and have already went up in weights and my hip pain and limp were non existent the first week. She works with you on mobility and its such an important part to keep you moving and preventing injury. Send her message and get scheduled.
First time with a trainer and it’s been amazing. I have learned a lot during my first 2 months. The knowledge enables me to stay fit and healthy. Highly recommend to anyone who’s seeking for better life.
