So happy I found this gym and Rebecca! She is simply the best. You get so much with this program.Rebecca always responds to questions and really has a passion to help people. I have been going since September and have already went up in weights and my hip pain and limp were non existent the first week. She works with you on mobility and its such an important part to keep you moving and preventing injury. Send her message and get scheduled.

Rebecca got me in the best shape of my adult life! I asked her to kick my butt everyday to keep me disciplined and she didn't disappoint! She truly cared about me and checked in when I couldn't make a session. I recommend her highly and know you'll see results!
