This company was very patient and laid back. If you pay your rent and don't trash your apartment, there should be no problems. I cleaned my apartment thoroughly before moving out and got my entire security deposit back. Very responsive to maintenance requests.

I had been discussing renting an apartment from this company for about a month, providing them all sorts of financial information and even securing a cosigner, until they decided to rent the apartment to someone else all of a sudden. I had not looked into other properties to rent because it seemed like they were working with me on it. Very unprofessional.

Dirty and poorly managed. Not worth your time or effort. They will nickel and dime you deposit. They also like to walk in to your apartment with out written consent or notice. The BG apartment scene is rough. Do not let these fools take advantage of you.
