the customer service fitchwood provides is a joke! when I call to ask about my check I only get one word responses! the lady that I spoke to was so rude she hang up on me before I was done talking. I mailed out my check on 3/19/2016 its 4/19/2016 now and they still haven't mailed them out to get my HOA payed. all she said was "uh uh 2 more weeks" and hung up. yall are a joke!!!!!!!!
Didn't receive my mail and I'm responsible for the late fee charges. 1 time last year and now again. The woman I spoke to said she can't do anything. It just ridiculous!
