Thad goes above and beyond any reasonable expectations for service. Beyond prescription needs, I always like to check with him first for health and beauty aids. If he doesn't have it, he'll get it!
For the past 2 years we have been going to Hometown Pharmacy here in Fitchburg. Thad and his Hometown crew are so very personable: when you walk in the door they immediately run to meet you at the counter to take your prescription and continue to talk with you while you sit on the shop's comfy couch in front of the counter area. It's like the pharmacy came to meet me in my living room.
Thad is the best! Always has my back with great service delivered via BIKE and great advice! Always the lowest prices!
