Had a great experience with Lucas and his team. They were honest, professional, and did an excellent job on my project to install Tesla EV charger with permit and lightning + camera fixtures. There was a situation where they could have easily charged me more, but instead Lucas identified that the issue appeared to be on PG&E’s side and advised me to contact them first. Thanks to his honesty and expertise, PG&E resolved the problem at no cost. I highly recommend Lucas and his team.
Tech was very good and right on time. I continue to have issues with their office staff. Got two messages for appointments a month apart. Called Fitch to get it squared away and the lady said she would pursue and have someone call me. This happened twice and I never got call backs. Getting these kinds of messages kind of traps you until you get the situation fixed. Don't know why they have so much trouble with their scheduling system and then office follow-up.
