They are completely responsive and pleasant to work with. I’m glad we got the service policy. They proactively come out and keep it in great working condition ensuring it’s ready to go when we really need it, which was for several days last time! Everyone is very friendly too!
Fitch was easy to work with for a Generic generator service. The process to schedule a service appointment is highly automated (you cant make it over the phone and have to fillout an online request which is a little scammy), don't let that be a turnoff for you. The tech showed up on time and had our generator up and running again in no time. We had them do a full service on it. The tech took the time to clean out the whole generator cabinet and took the time to show me the basics of how it works and how to service it myself.... read more
