Mark you're the great trainer. All in one gym , got so many things to do , so many classes , reformer Pilates , and regular gym . Highly recommended !!!
I’ve been going to this gym for years and have always found it clean and wlecoming. Staff are helpful, friendly and supportive.
Great step aerobics class which I go Mondays and Fridays. Great Zumba sessions too. It has Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, Fatburner, Boxing, Bootcamp, Group Cycle, separate male/female saunas, weights area, and of course Step aerobics. Peeps are friendly, that is staff and members. I came here for a step class back in 2019, and I am still here!!!
