I’ve been going to this gym for years and have always found it clean and wlecoming. Staff are helpful, friendly and supportive.
Great step aerobics class which I go Mondays and Fridays. Great Zumba sessions too. It has Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, Fatburner, Boxing, Bootcamp, Group Cycle, separate male/female saunas, weights area, and of course Step aerobics. Peeps are friendly, that is staff and members. I came here for a step class back in 2019, and I am still here!!!
Such an amazing gym! The team are all so lovely, welcoming and more than happy to help at any time. They never fail to make me feel at home and comfortable (:
