Battery life is barely 48 hours as opposed to the 6 days advertised. Many bugs in the fitbit app, personal bests for various challenges are wrong. Fitbit contacted re. Issues. The following reply was offered: We’re aware of it, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. Weak... the device and company. Do NOT believe the battery life span they advertise. The most you'll get is 20 hours or so. Devices are also temperamental, will not sync sleep or exercise accurately. Being that the devices constantly have issues and need replacement, purchasing directly from Fitbit is a huge mistake. Buy anywhere else where customer support is understandable, easy and there is no hassle with returns OR do not buy at all, it's a waste of money.

Scammers who will take every step they can to avoid refunding ionics in their recall. Have also disabled the customer service emails for requesting arbitration so when legal action is taken they can claim you didn't appropriately try to get arbitration. Fraud is their way of doing business.

Based on my customer service experience, Fitbit is not a premium brand. Their customer service strategy is apparently to waste your time and hope you go away. Nobody is empowered to solve your problem, just pass the buck and make you waste even more of your time. The service is so horrible, I may sell my Fitbit Sense on eBay to get rid of it, then switch to different brand of fitness watch. DON'T BUY FITBIT - the company is a mess.
