As a former collegiate athlete I was looking for a space that provided the space for my workout routine. When I walked into Fitaholic Fitness, Nick greeted me with an extremely welcoming personality and got me set up with exactly what I was looking for. The extremely friendly staff and amazing space have made me find a consistent workout routine and look forward to working out every day.
I started a group class with Fitaholics about 3 months ago. Yesterday when I was in the yard, packing bags of mulch, bending and stretching, I realized that if I hadn't been going to the gym, I would probably not be able to do what I was doing. I'm down 10 lbs, and several inches around the middle, have a lot more strength and agility. It has been a very enjoyable experience and beats my solo work-outs by a long-shot.
