I started at Fit4Mom with their Fit4Baby classes while I was pregnant, which allowed me to stay active during pregnancy and make the most amazing friends. These friends supported me through a difficult postpartum and now join me in workout classes with my baby in the stroller every week! I truly cannot recommend Fit4Mom enough, as it has made me stronger than I could've imagined and brought me the most beautiful friendships.
Wow! The ability to have a guilt-free workout because I can still spend time with my child and set a good example in front of them is incredible. There was the completely added bonus of getting to make friends with other moms because we were all in the same place at the same time for an hour a day, talking about the good, the bad, and the ugly of being a parent. I also love the opportunity for the littles to hang out afterward with their new friends.
Found Fit4mom Southwest Denver when we moved to Littleton in June of 2022. I didn’t have any family nearby or know anyone and I was newly a stay at home mom of a 1year old. Everyone was so welcoming and I was quickly able to make a group of friends who were going through early motherhood just like me while also exercising with my daughter. Fast forward to today and I’m an instructor once a week for Fit4mom and still a part of this supportive awesome group!
I have been a part of this community for 3 years and have loved everything it has to offer! It is a wonderful place for connection and community. Not only do I love it but my two girls love it as well! The playgroups and field trips have been so positive for them and their journey through toddlerhood. The weekly workouts and moms nights out have been awesome for myself and making mom friends. It is a wonderful community!
You won’t regret coming to a class! Getting outside, bringing your little, interacting with other moms - it’s a great way to get a work out in!
