This group is the best! I love that I can get a great workout, make mom friends and my kids can make friends too! I don’t have to worry about planning play dates, I just show up!
There are not enough words to describe how much I love Fit4Mom. I came for the workout but stayed for the village. These women are so supportive and genuinely care about you and your kids. I love that I can get a workout in and nobody cares if your kid is crying or being difficult. It’s also amazing that they have mom’s night out monthly and weekly playdates. There is something for everyone with this group!
I am SO thankful to have been a part of this group for the time that I was! I met so many amazing women and this community is so inspiring. Huge shoutout to instructors Karissa, Virginia, Rachel and Charlotte; the workouts were amazing! I love that I was able to get a good sweat in and still make sure my baby had everything he needed. My little one loved it and we were motivated to get outside and get moving each week because of Fit4mom. We will miss you all so much! 🩷
10/10 recommend Fit4Mom as a SAHM, it is the best place to get endorphins and friends! I was welcomed right away at my first session and felt like I could be a cool active mom even though my little one was only 6 months ago. I feel stronger and more confident through these workouts that are tailored to moms at any stage of activity. The community is excellent. They are always having fun activities for moms and their kiddos! Give it a try and feel like the best possible YOU.
When I became a mom, it was one of the most isolating times of my life. I went in search or community, and I found Fit4Mom. My life changed with my first class! It can be hard to make friends as an adult, but this community is so welcoming and friendly, that it seems like a breeze.
