Love this village and the mommas I’ve met through it. I started with them when my baby was 3 months old. I’ve gained so much confidence and strength in the last two years thanks to Virginia and Karissa. So grateful
Seriously I cannot recommend Fit4Mom enough. It is the best community and way to make friends. I've met other working moms and SAHMs who have become friends and their littles one start making friends too. It is also a great way to get outside and get those endorphins! They always have fun playdates and even Moms Night Out. Check it out ASAP!
This group is the best! I love that I can get a great workout, make mom friends and my kids can make friends too! I don’t have to worry about planning play dates, I just show up!
There are not enough words to describe how much I love Fit4Mom. I came for the workout but stayed for the village. These women are so supportive and genuinely care about you and your kids. I love that I can get a workout in and nobody cares if your kid is crying or being difficult. It’s also amazing that they have mom’s night out monthly and weekly playdates. There is something for everyone with this group!
I am SO thankful to have been a part of this group for the time that I was! I met so many amazing women and this community is so inspiring. Huge shoutout to instructors Karissa, Virginia, Rachel and Charlotte; the workouts were amazing! I love that I was able to get a good sweat in and still make sure my baby had everything he needed. My little one loved it and we were motivated to get outside and get moving each week because of Fit4mom. We will miss you all so much! 🩷
