Just joined for the past few months and the place is great. The people and staff are all friendly and they accept anyone - senior citizens, college athletes, suburban parents, and body builders. Plenty of equipment, weights, machines, and cardio. This is where legends are made!

I had a membership there for a year and never had any problems. It can get loud and crowded but you learn your days and times. There's a good selection of machines and they keep plenty of spray bottles and rags around to clean the machines before and after use. Best gym on the West side

Place used to be great until they started letting parents treat it like its daycare. Had parents refuse and argue with me when I wanted to use gym equipment because their kids "needed a place to sit". Had a small kid run up and hit my arm on purpose, when I was doing dumbbell presses. Nearly dislocated my shoulder when I dropped the weight, but luckily didnt hurt the kid. His mom then proceeds to get angry with me because I "almost hurt her baby". The two of them then go over to the dumbbell rack and start jumping around and... read more

Great place, clean, owner is very nice, and this is 24/7 to fit your schedule. We are seeing a personal trainer, M Ferguson, and he is perfect for what we need! He really takes time to listen to me, and takes my injuries into account. He pushes me to finish, but not past my breaking point. I highly recommend a visit.
