The best gym in Frankfort. They have a great variety of equipment and everything is clean. Smells clean. My only complaint is some of the equipment needs repairs.
I came to this gym and I wanted to get more information. I'm outside of the gym. There's a piece of paper tape that says to ring the doorbell. If you were not a gym member and I did that several times. Nobody came to the door to answer and no one answered the phone either. This was a very bad first impression of this gym location after I've heard great things. My family loves this place
Very clean gym with great equipment. Lots of new machines. Very busy on Tuesday but almost empty on Sundays.
