Place used to be great until they started letting parents treat it like its daycare. Had parents refuse and argue with me when I wanted to use gym equipment because their kids "needed a place to sit". Had a small kid run up and hit my arm on purpose, when I was doing dumbbell presses. Nearly dislocated my shoulder when I dropped the weight, but luckily didnt hurt the kid. Great place, clean, owner is very nice, and this is 24/7 to fit your schedule. We are seeing a personal trainer, M Ferguson, and he is perfect for what we need! He really takes time to listen to me, and takes my injuries into account. He pushes me to finish, but not past my breaking point. I highly recommend a visit.
