The manger at this location has a disgusting and rude attitude. She didn't even attempt to help me. I called because they charged me the annual fee after canceling within the 30 day policy and they refuse to give my money back. Do not go to this gym. The goodlife enterprise only wants to steal your money. I will stay on this until I get my money back.
Today , I forgot my membership card at home and i asked the guy ( lucas ) if he can let me go in without card. he didn’t and the way he talked to me was so rude. Five stars for gym cleanliness and other staff members. But this guy should learn how to talk . Thanks
