I have been going here for a few months now and this gym has the necessities and some. The basic membership includes the general workout area with bikes, treadmills, stair climbers, rowers etc. plus general machines, stretching area/mats and free weights. On the last Thursday of every month, you are able to bring a friend/family member for free to take advantage of the Black Card amenities as well.
