Unfortunately I am leaving this review due to lack of customer service. I like this gym however they have been overcharging me for my membership and when questioned about it they claim to have attempted pre authorization without any evidence to back up this claim. Please be aware that the $16 a month membership agreement is a one sided agreement on behalf of the membership holder. It appears as though the gym can charge you $40 if they want to
it looks like an amazing place. I had a tour. I love the facility and the vibe.
Great gym and an even better experience thanks to Anissa! You rarely come across managers at gyms who are this friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely care about the members. Fit4Less is definitely lucky to have someone like her on the team — she honestly deserves a promotion! It makes a huge difference when you come to a gym where people like Anissa make you feel welcome and are always ready to help. Five stars from me. Definitely recommend this location!
