I joined this gym but somehow I moved to another province that's why I have to cancel and I met a guy named Josh. He is really nice and kind as well and helps a lot to give me a solution. I really appreciate it. Thanks Josh you are a great man !!!

I think it’s more of a man’s gym. I’m a very short woman and most machines I can’t use comfortably. There’s not much for abdominal exercises. Very deceiving . I had seen the machine I like for those exercises but it’s now gone . If I would have known that , I wouldn’t have gotten a membership. I suggest you ask for a visit before paying if you’re a woman.
