this gym is very dirty. Its very noticeable that the gym is never cleaned properly. The amount of dirt/dust and smell in the gym is disappointing. I know its a cheap membership but the level of cleanliness is below minimum. The staff is okay, havent had good or bad interactions, one person i spoke to on the phone have had a bad attitude when I simply asked about how the cancellation works. In general doesn't seem to have a welcoming or engaging environment.

the room with the squat racks is unbearably hot and stuffy. this is unsafe for members especially during heat waves. it’s crazy that we have to walk to the other end of the gym just to cool off and get some air. management needs to address this.

You need a black card to get access to most of the equipment. Black card areas on the third floor and there’s like no AC up here and it feels like a sauna. Nothing has been fixed

I usually go to this gym in the morning, and it's becoming quite disgusting. They definitely need better control. There are at least four homeless people living in the gym, and they're always sleeping in the massage chairs. The locker room also smells so bad it's really painful to walk through it to get to the black area
