Low budget, low quality. Many issues that don't get addressed. Improvements can be made, but in the 3 years I was there, no improvements were made.
Super helpful over the phone, I needed to cancel my membership & the customer service was easy, kind and judgement free. So much so that I wanted to leave a review, thank you!
I have been a member here for years. There has been a turnover in management a few times however each manager has done well. Until this new recent manager. She is antisocial. Has no people skills. She comes in with a chip on her shoulder and leaves for hours at a time. She goes in the back office and closes the door expecting the one staff member who’s out trying to clean to constantly stop what they’re doing to tend to the desk? The people working at fit for Les are amazing,so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this location! Shout out to Sam. Tammy, Avery, and Asheba they are wonderful!
