Very disappointed with the customer service and how my cancellation was handled. I originally went into the club in person at the end of August to cancel my membership, and I was told that the cancellation had been taken care of. I then received an email confirming that my membership was cancelled. Despite this, I was charged $15.81 on September 1 and another $15.81 on September 30. A WIFI access point has been loose and dangling by its Ethernet cable at this location for months now even after notifying the staff. This is a falling hazard if the cable fails. Smaller fit4less than others, and missing the black card workout area. But a typical fit4less location.

I've just about had it with Fit4Less. Had the best damn experience of my life. I didn't know what exactly to expect from this gym, but as soon as I walked in, I was blown away by the amazing customer experience, provided by a handsome young man by the name of Joel Park. He showed what it meant to be a Fit4Less employee. Strong. Respectful. Powerful. Diligent. Disciplined. Kind.
