you get what you pay for here guys so beware.... cheap price means cheap facilities. Been a member for over 8 years here but this place has gone down the drain... approx. 20% of the machines don't even work. Leg curl machines are very popular, but both are out of order for months now... one of the four cable machines also out of order for a long time.... one of the two chest press machines is broken but no sign on it.... one of two seated row machines also broken for months. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ryan at Fit4Less has been extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming every time I’ve come in. He always takes the time to answer questions, keeps a positive attitude, and genuinely cares about creating a great gym environment. The facility is clean, well-managed, and customer service stands out because of staff like Ryan. Definitely one of the reasons I enjoy coming here. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with the maintenance at the Cochrane Dr location. Throughout April, there were 5 machines out of order at the same time. This gym doesn't have many machines to begin with for instance, there are only two leg curl machines, and both have been broken for over a month. It’s acceptable for a machine to be down for a week, but leaving them broken for over a month is unprofessional. Management needs to invest in repairs and new equipment urgently.
