I am considering joining this gym but am concerned with the number of comments regarding broken and poorly maintained machines. Has this issue improved, recently?

I visited this location to use the tanning bed. I was told that I had to pay a $20 fee just to enter the gym, and on top of that I would also have to pay the tanning bed usage fee. This was very surprising because I have visited several other locations across Toronto, and none of them have ever charged me this $20 fee. The policy seemed inconsistent with the other branches. I asked the staff to watch the camera right away when I lost my stuff, the Asian male staff said he didn’t have the access and the manager was not there.he doesn’t want to help at all and not willing to contact the manager. He looks so indifferent I guess this happens a lot so he got used to it. Everyone in this location takes care of your staff well as they don’t help at all.
