Reinaldo is very knowledgeable and you can see that in his work. My meal plan and work out plan were very precise. I knew exactly what I needed to do in the gym and what to eat. If I wanted some substitute something in my meal plan, he gave me a list of things I can replace it with. I would definitely refer Reinaldo to a friend.

Renaldo is a liar, cheater and thief. I would never do business with this guy again. There are so many trainers in the OC and this guy is not the one. He is unprofessional and disorganized. I tried to reason with him to fix an issue, but he ignored and blocked me. Never again

Fit4 Hollywood is by far the best coach I have ever had. Give him your vision and he will give you the tools to make it happen. I have never been more excited to train and go to the gym with him. I see big things in the future working with him.

I have been working out with Renaldo for 2 months now and there has never been a dull moment in his workout routines, he’s always pumped and ready to show me new ways to be healthy, I’ve seen amazing results so far and my confidence is back up. His workouts are amazing, and every time I can’t wait to go back.
