Fit 40 Melton is the first gym where I have felt valued and wanted. You feel like part of the family. There is small group sessions that never feel too overwhelming and everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I've been here 3 years now, and that speaks volumes to me. You honestly couldn't find a better place.
Have enjoyed starting at Hit40. Staff and members extremely welcoming. Great to be back at it.

It’s amazing how much stronger you can get in such a short period of time, especially when the sessions are only 30 -35 minutes. I really like how the trainers safely progress the exercises as you get stronger, so you’re always being challenged without feeling overwhelmed. They have lots of different time slots available, which makes it very convenient and ideal for working parents or anyone with a busy schedule. Highly recommend Fit40 Melton if you want an efficient and effective way to build strength!
Best gym experience so far! Shout to Brad, Phil and Jake- fantastic coaches who push you but also make it enjoyable; making training fun and effective.
