I only started a couple of weeks ago, and it has been amazing! I’ve mostly exercised on my own in the past, so it feels fantastic to be part of a group workout session. Jake is an incredible trainer — he’s supportive, constantly checks in to make sure you’re comfortable with the pace, and is always patient and approachable. Had a great time at fit40 everyone is really nice and helpful also love the one none experience you get which you don’t get at all the bigger gyms and Jake’s knowledge on fitness and what works for the individual is second to none
FIT40 is a great gym tailoring to small group training. Jake's methods are very clear and he provides great assistance when building strength. I started training with the aim to get back into fitness postpartum and I can honestly say that Jake has supported me throughout. Jake provides a kid-friendly atmosphere, so I highly recommend the gym to parents who need to bring their children.
I am impressed
The encouragement, not only from the trainers but also other participants, is amazing. I would normally have given up on myself by now but thanks to this encouragement, I am slowly finding confidence in my abilities.
