Worked with a Fit 365 LLC trainer, Shannon Decker, for a while. She is fantastic. The entire team is great. They know their stuff, and they pushed me to my limits. Got rid of my dad bod and built muscle. 10/10 would recommend.
James and Shannon are extremely knowledgeable, professional and will give you an amazing workout experience with great results!
I started training with Shannon a few weeks ago. She has been wonderful to work with! She pushes me but is kind and compassionate. She is very knowledgeable and her love for her work shines through. She always checks in how I’m feeling before we start my workout. I have a shoulder injury that I’m in PT for, so upper body is out of the question for a while. She’s developed a routine so I’m not working upper body or holding weights or anything that would hinder my journey with my shoulder healing.
So incredible with teens! My 13 year old son goes to Shannon 2x/week and loves it!
