The best coach and gym to go to down 50lbs and feeling fantastic I was out of shape and couldn’t do anything with my 4 year old son but because of coach James one on one going over my diet holding me accountable for what I do I don’t think I could have done that at one of them bigger gyms so thank you for everything and I highly recommend everyone to join this gym for the best fitness advice
