My daughter has been taking the kids classes since Fit365 Kids opened and absolutely loves it! She looks forward to it every week. Coach Sam is so good with the kids in the class, not only does she teach them how to move their body correctly, she instructs them how to fuel it properly as well.

I met James and Shannon thru my daughter! I have never done any type of weight training before due to back n neck issues and Drs telling me its not possible.. I met with James and he had me moving shaking pushing pulling setting n completing goals! I never could of imagined me doing! My life has been changed by James! I am forever grateful! The gym is clean fun friendly and family atmosphere!
