Alyssa is very knowledgeable in getting the inferior muscles back into active and insync mode! She help me get my very unstable core working on all cylinders. She also helped me coordinate my diaphragm with my lungs and upper core movements so everything worked as a unit rather than individually. I highly recommend her for any core recovery!
I can’t recommend Samantha at Fit365 enough! She gave me the confidence I needed and has helped me truly believe in myself. I don't know what else to say but that truly this place is my other home. It is my life-line from the stresses of life, this place gives me strength, fierce purpose, and joy throughout my week. I can’t say enough great things about my personal trainer! They are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about their clients’ success. Every workout is challenging but tailored to my goals and abilities, and they always push me to do more than I thought I could. I cannot begin to say enough nice things for Fit365 and Coach Sam. My life has undeniably been changed for the better since starting with Fit365 in January. The private gym is a wonderful change of pace from the big box gyms. The place is always clean, uncrowded and well maintained.
