The Hells Bells workout was high value because it was a challenging total body workout done in an efficient amount of time that can be done over a lunch break. Plus, kettlebells are fun!
I took a few classes at FIIT Co. while visiting Denver. The upper- and lower-body strength workouts were a great refresh from my usual strength routine. There's a real sense of camaraderie and community at this gym and the coaches are helpful, providing guidance on form. I especially loved Paige's lowerbody workout. Serious leg and booty buster!
I attended two strength training circuit classes while visiting Denver on vacation: an upper body class led by Ned and a lower body class with Paige. Both instructors were very friendly and welcoming. I was unfamiliar with the circuit format and was overwhelmed at first by the amount of workouts, but they helped explain some of the exercises I was confused about and helped correct my form, and they ended up being great workouts. Would definitely consider getting a membership here if I lived in the area.
FIIT Co. is a great small local studio in Denver that provided a much needed kick in the butt. I went to a lower body strength class led by Hannah and was not disappointed. She provided great instruction and encouragement throughout class. Will be back!
