I won’t be returning, as I believe clear communication should still come with kindness and respect. I arrived to class five minutes late—which is rare for me—and was met by Brad, one of the instructors. I've been to probably 90% of the studios and classes on ClassPass in the Denver metro area and nothing makes me feel as sore and accomplished as the FIIT co!!
If you are searching for a good workout while visiting Denver or searching for a new studio with a variety of classes ranging from ketel bell workouts to kickboxing, run don’t walk to The FIIT Co. Chad greeted me for my first workout and was very friendly and welcoming. His dog is the cutest too! The workout itself kicked my butt in the best way. The icing on the cake - I was able to get a great deal for 1 week of workouts. If I was local I’d sign up for a membership on the spot!
