My new favorite spot for classes! I’m from Michigan and popped in for a Monday 5:30am session with my friend Kelsey. Normally 5:30 workouts are rough for me, but the way they setup the circuit was primo IMO. I never had someone waiting to use the same equipment as me so I could go at my speed. Chad was the trainer for our class. Idk the other trainers, but he was AWESOME! Personality is A1. FIIT Co Denver has transformed my health. Excellent coaching, smart programming, and fun variety. The Friday and Saturday kettlebell classes are my favorite, they round out the weekly strength and other HIIT workouts perfectly.
