Worst experience ever today! Matthew, the manager, was outside the store on his personal cell phone when we walked into the store. (We were unaware that he was an employee when we walked by.) After five minutes, he came into the store (still on his personal call) and walked into the back. When he returned to the front of the store, he asked my husband what he could get for him. Hi! My sister and I went today and worked with the store manager, Matthew and also met Josiah. Matthew was super helpful in helping me find the right shoes. When I was running on the treadmill, he also let my sister get her scan done even though she wasn’t looking for shoes right now. Josiah said hi and was super sweet too. I would definitely come back again!
This was the best shoe shopping experience my husband or I have ever had. Matthew and Josiah were incredibly helpful!!! Come in, take your time, they are so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with finding the right fit, right brand, right shoe.
