Drove 20 minutes out of my way to find the doors locked with the lights on and employees walking around not acknowledging anyone. Stood outside for a few minutes and called the number to see if I missed anything. As I was leaving a couple came up with the same issue. After talking with them an employee came out and he and the couple had words. Ridiculous to drive this far and they don’t abide by posted hours. I guess they close at 2 on Sundays ?!
We are visiting Destin for Spring Break. My 14 year old son runs track and has been having pain. Jess was extremely knowledgeable and spoke from her personal experience running and playing soccer in college. She identified that the problem was him wearing shoes with a carbon plate on daily runs. She also recommended that he use an insole to help with pronation. She gave us her full attention and was a great listener. She gave a ton of great advice and didn't push products. My mother and son came back from this store and couldn’t stop raving about the help, suggestions, and tips they received from Jess. My 13 year old kept asking one of us to leave a review because Jess was just so nice and helpful. Thanks for making my family so happy, and helping my son find shoes and inserts to help his feet/legs stop hurting for his upcoming track season.
Went in looking for cloud flyers that we were told at Sunset Shoes that none of their stores sold them and then we met Jessica at Fit 2 Run and she found the shoes right away for us! She helped in every way that she could and we walked out with the shoes my wife was looking for! She is very professional and just down to earth person and we didn’t feel like we were being judged the whole time! I highly recommend going to Fit 2 Run and finding your shoes there.
