Aidan and Robert are excellent customer service representatives. They take the time to help and they're very friendly. The store is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this place.
Josiah was very helpful both times me and my wife came both times during our time here. 10/10 customer service and satisfaction. Dude deserves a raise if able. Will be coming back soon!
My experience was amazing I got the perfect shoes fitted from Josiah he helped me find the perfect shoes he was a great help, he knows his stuff
Robert was absolutely amazing! He provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a shoe store. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and he genuinely took the time to help me find the right pair instead of just trying to make a sale. He went above and beyond, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable and effortless. Robert is a true asset to the store. Employees like him are the reason customers want to come back. If you visit this store, definitely ask for Robert —... read more
