We stopped in the store to look at some new shoes for my husband. Matthew was so knowledgeable, informative, and friendly! He scanned my husband's feet and thoroughly explained all the information and provided awesome recommendations for shoes! I highly recommend stopping in! Matthew also took the time to interact with my kids and was just so kind! My son is a bit of a talker and Matthew took his time with him and made both of my kids feel special. We have nothing but great things to say about the store and the employees!!!!
Worst experience ever today! Matthew, the manager, was outside the store on his personal cell phone when we walked into the store. (We were unaware that he was an employee when we walked by.) After five minutes, he came into the store (still on his personal call) and walked into the back. When he returned to the front of the store, he asked my husband what he could get for him. Hi! My sister and I went today and worked with the store manager, Matthew and also met Josiah. Matthew was super helpful in helping me find the right shoes. When I was running on the treadmill, he also let my sister get her scan done even though she wasn’t looking for shoes right now. Josiah said hi and was super sweet too. I would definitely come back again!
This was the best shoe shopping experience my husband or I have ever had. Matthew and Josiah were incredibly helpful!!! Come in, take your time, they are so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with finding the right fit, right brand, right shoe.
