Went there looking for saucony shoes while on vacation and the guy was very rude when I asked if they carried that brand, he said no so I asked if he knew when I could find any and he really told me to google!! Rude
Went in looking for a new pair of shoes. Matt helped out and found a pair of shoes that are so comfortable. I never would have found them without his help. Loved this store for the selection and individual help - it’s def not a big box shoe store. If you’re looking for the exact right pair of shoes for your feet/knees/back this is your store
Drove 20 minutes out of my way to find the doors locked with the lights on and employees walking around not acknowledging anyone. Stood outside for a few minutes and called the number to see if I missed anything. As I was leaving a couple came up with the same issue. After talking with them an employee came out and he and the couple had words. Ridiculous to drive this far and they don’t abide by posted hours. I guess they close at 2 on Sundays ?!
We are visiting Destin for Spring Break. My 14 year old son runs track and has been having pain. Jess was extremely knowledgeable and spoke from her personal experience running and playing soccer in college. She identified that the problem was him wearing shoes with a carbon plate on daily runs. She also recommended that he use an insole to help with pronation. She gave us her full attention and was a great listener. She gave a ton of great advice and didn't push products. My mother and son came back from this store and couldn’t stop raving about the help, suggestions, and tips they received from Jess. My 13 year old kept asking one of us to leave a review because Jess was just so nice and helpful. Thanks for making my family so happy, and helping my son find shoes and inserts to help his feet/legs stop hurting for his upcoming track season.
