Rima is an amazing fitness trainer. She does not give any shortcuts. Her solutions for good health are very practical and backed by scientific research.
I've been working with Rima for just over a year. Rima is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable. She teaches you in a way that's empowering and gradual so that you're not overwhelmed. Rima personalizes her training based on your goals and what your willing to put in, and continually motivates you. I was very dissatisfied with how she handled things. I felt that she didn’t communicate well and her messages came across as hostile and rude. She overcharged me too I got hit with a huge bill for extra texts and messages. She was short and unprofessional with me. A little more compassion and communication skills is necessary If you want someone who’s NOT warm and UNDERSTANDING to handle your your matters - hire Rima. She left me feeling worried and anxious.
I had high hopes when I signed up for sessions, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. She seemed disinterested and frequently cancelled sessions last minute. Most times she seemed much more interested in doing photo shoots in Vegas rather than taking care of paying clients!
