I have been working with Nicole for over 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and challenges and flexes your session depending on how your feeling that day. She helps supplement your other exercise: barre, running, etc. She works on posture and stretching as well as strength. I worked with her through both my pregnancies and getting back my post-partum strength. She also makes the workouts fun and helps you create goals.
I have been working with Nicole since 2011 and absolutely love her training sessions! I have done both personal training and small group workouts with her and have seen the results! My core is stronger, my posture is better and my aches and pains from my job have decreased. She is highly skilled, extremely personable and gives me the encouragement and motivation to continue to be a better version of me! If you are looking for a trainer who goes the distance and truly cares she is your person!!!
Nicole is amazing! I never thought I'd stick with anything as far as exercise. She has worked to address my specific needs and is fantastic at working around my limitations to reach my goals. She is supportive and non-judgemental. No matter what you're trying to achieve as far as physical health, Nicole is the person you need!!
